David's Bridal Jackson, MS I had a very aweful experience with getting assistance at David's Bridal. After long hours and scheduling my Bride maids to attend a fitting the service was very poor. On top of all the aggravation none of our dresses we choose were ever put into the system and as a result none of my out of town maids were able to go in and select from the styles we choose. On a second attempt to get fitted I phoned in and let it be known that I wanted to schedule a fitting again and even talked about the poor service stating I have a party of 15 bride maids[JR], That I would need to bring in on Saturday, since this is the only day we all have free, to only get a reply that I would need to split them up into 3 at a time, like 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 and so forth, my question is if this is a place of business or what? Are you here to serve and render customer service and satisfaction or what? I have other things to do besides sit at David's Bridal in sections with such a large party. I actually have a total of 22 females in all that need dresses which further includes mothers, flower girls, and so on if you get my drift. I was very unhappy with the service and would like to see something done about my complaint.
