Charter Communication, has discriminated on employees that have been hurt on the job. Charter Communication, gives the tech's (8) calls per day . They work (8) hours per day. So, with the drive time that the tech's have, they are spending less than (1) Hour to fix your cable problem. So don't be up set with the tech, that shows up at your door to fix your cable or modem problems. It's Charter Communication, that makers up the rules.
