I have received 1/2 dozen phone calls from Academy in 1 day from different people. First they accept a payment plan and then someone else calls and saids it is not accepted. I have sumized that it is a bunch of collectors trying to make good on their co-worker's accounts for a better bonus.

I have been harrassed and insulted by them. They hang up on you and then someone else will call back and play good guy bad guy. If I do not agree with them because I can not afford what they want they begin the insults. I have been told to get rid of my cell phone and pay the bill. I have been asked if I am disable since I am not employed. I have been told to find a relative to borrow money from. I have been told to not make a car payment loan and pay them. I will not give them personal information about my residence and they accuse me of being a kept woman.......it goes on....I have all intentions of going forward with all complaints.
