RE: Service 5/10/06, Bel Regional Home Med. Sup.

I have talked to United Health a total of 8 times regarding above claim.

Each time, I was told it would be re-processed, coverage dates would

be corrected. To date this has not been done.

The coverage I had in Dec. 05, Preferred Provider Option Plan for P&G

retirees, would of been the same coverage I had thru 5/06.

June 06 I went on Medicare, with United Health Base Plan as secondary

insurance.

Why can't United Health get this taken care of?

Maybe you can help me out, please.
