consumer I am not a business but a customer. My complaint is when a movie is not available in Spokane store they has it sent from Richamond Vriginia which took too much time. I would like to let them know that if the movie we order is not available at the Spokane store to skip it and go the the next one on the list. There must be a way for them to flag our account in order for this to be done.
