Cheque Given Still no Connection Provided

Hi,

I am Sudhir Guglani and on 3rd Feb I gave a check of Rs 2358 to Ajeet Kumar (921316185) one of the Executives from Tata Indicom Broadband, He confirmed me that the connection will be provided at my home address by tomorrow i.e. 4th Feb. Till now despite our multiple requests we have neither received the cheque back nor the connection has been provided.

Could you please get me the either the broadband connection or my check back to me in the next 24 hours.

The check is drawn from my brother Sumit Guglani check book (Citibank A/C).
