Dear sir,

Here by I am enclosing you my corrospondence with regtards of the ill treatment given to the customer.

I have categorically denied for their rewneal of Mediclaim Policy insured with The New India Assurance Chhenai Divisional office which was covered for the period of 2004-05.

With out my agreement they have renewed My madiclaim Insurance policy and debited my credit card account. When it was acknowledged to me I have denied to accept such premium expenses they themselves have cancelld the policy bit debited expenses or deduction of the refund of the premium. They have stopped servicesd of my that card.

They are continuously sending me bills for the debit amount with penalties and interest.

This is agianst the right of the customer. I seek your intervation to get the reply from Citi Bank as they have never replied my comunication and arbitoryly continuously increaseing their illegitimate demands.

They have moved one step forward and put my name on Satyam list of defaulter. This is dafamating act they have under gone but before going to the court of law I request you to send me email address of citibank credit card department whom I can serve my personal notice to remove my name from such list.
