RE: Whirlpool Fabric Freshener
|
RE: Whirlpool Fabric Freshener I appears to me by this response that Whirpool customer service didn't read my original e-mail. I was complaining about the very, very bad design of the clamps. I will not spend anymore money on these, if the design has not been improved. They have fallen apart since the day I purchased the unit, during the operating cycle.
I just want this on record that the design is very bad (they are cheap junk) and maybe, make it better for some other poor schmuck, that might be interested in a Whirlpool product. I certainly won't be one of them.
And, PS, there was no assistance here, so don't thank me!
