siemens not attending the complaints

Dear Sir,

We are having your company dishwaher model NO.23200113

FD NO. 8108120031 part NO.266729.

We have lodged the complaints for repair of dishwasher about 3months back with your Ahmedabad branch .The machanic visited on 22-11-06 and gave estimate for Rs.,3320 for change of above part but still the the part is not changed inspite of various telephone calls and behaved very rudely .
