Dear Sir/Ma:
When I first had service with Sprint it was two years ago. I paid 150.00 dollars for a deposit, before they gave me service. So when my two years contract was almost ended they offered me a promation plan over the phone. Telling me I can have two phones and paying the same amount for the same service I had with the first plan. They also told me that it will extened another two years contract. So I agreed to this promotion , come to find out I had to pay addition 199.00 dollars toward this new contract, which wasn't said to me. I was sucked to a fraud plan and now I'm paying for both phones seperately.So now I'm owed them 417.35 dollars, by Febrauary 13, 2007. They're about turn off my service, if I don't pay them that amount. It was fraud advisement, so they can't keep my deposit. that belongs to me after, my two years was up. Their was a representive over the phone to give me this promotion, for two phone plan for the same price as my first plan. I'm now paying for two separate phone bills, that wasn't the agreement. I confronted this matter to them, and I was told, that they're sorry for the mix up, and their no way they can reach this representive that told me this. So if I decided to terminate this plan they will be entitle to keep my deposit of 350.00 dollars. I'll like the plan that I was offered to me, which is 550 minutes, unlimited texted messages, internet assets, caller ID, call waiting, three-way calling, voicemail services. On both phone for the Fair & Flexible Plan. This first contract started on March 16, 2005, my billing cycle is the 13 teenth of each month, If I pay them on the 14 teenth, I owe them 5 dollars of late payment. If you can help me get my 350.00 dollars back, I'll gave up sprint and go to a new communcations. Please help me resolve this matter, thank you.
