Preferred Platinum Plan

Recently, I called and recieved services from this company, after giving them my checking account information and aggreeing to the charges, i found there services to be unsatisfactory, so i called there customer service number to see if i could obtain a discounted rate. After about 20 minutes of arguing with "Jorge" i was finally told to "Go F**k Myself" and hung up on A couple of days later i called them to speak with a supervisor to see if i could resolve this problem, only to find out that the so called supervisor was just as bad a jorge.

About 2 weeks later i recieved a letter from This company stating that the check had come back NSF. I checked the account number and sure enough i had given them the wrong checkign account number, so i called and the one nice person i talked to gave me the western union information so that i could send my payment that way. So i went to the local grocery store and sent a western union for $184.75, and called and got a confirmation from PPP just to be sure, i copied down the number and saved my WU reciept just in case. Well, sure enough about 6 months later i get a bill from PPP for $184.75, i called and told them that i had already paid it and even faxed a copy of the WU reciept and Confirmation number i was given. after callign back to see if that was sufficient, i was told that it was a forgery and that i still needed to pay the full amount PLUS an additional $50 to keep them from filing a fraud report, and as jorge put it "having the police show up at my door and arrest me" ( i know that this is not in there power) I have done all i know to do and i still continue to recieve statements. any help would be appreciated.
