X-treme Scooters
|
X-treme Scooters I purchased 2 X-treme scooters (from an online X-treme dealer) as Christmas gifts for my children. Both were covered in grease and were dented and scratched. I reported these damages immediately, but X-treme scooters told me I should use a hammer to get rid of the dents, and model paint to touch up the scratches. X-treme scooters does not offer refunds or exchanges, even for damaged merchandise, because they are an internet scam. Let the buyer beware!!! I suggest that customers only buy scooters from reputable companies that accept returns (I had much better luck with Sports Authority--their scooters arrived in mint condition).
It should also be noted that American Express failed to help me get my money back, and did nothing to penalize X-treme for charging my account (WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION) for a third scooter.
