lexmark customer support

i called lexmark because my printer's cd to install it has no install button, when i called i went through the whole automated phone system, and WHEN i finally do get a real human, he can hardly speak any english, and then gives me the number to some sex line! Ive had it with lexmark.

I am trying to recycle my computer through lexmark, they gave me 2 diffterent phone numbers to contact, and neither number works, they say they can recycle free they then told me to send it to them at my cost , and got rude when I kept asking for new information.they are no help with anything , I have been a lexmark customer for over 10 years and can not be any help to me so someone who is not a returning customer, how would they treat them.
