A Solid Gold Sound/Videographer To make a long story short, we were married in September. My wife spent $690 dollars for “A Solid Gold Sound” to video tape our wedding. They did that. However, we have nothing to show for it some 5 months later.
They have given us nothing but the runaround. If you call 770-933-2029 or 800-333-2208 they will give you little information about who owns the company and will send you to someone’s voice mail. They don’t return calls. I’m guessing we have made 15 calls to them….and nothing. They have been rude and defensive.
I know the name of the owner is John Kruer and I think he is based in a suburb of Cincinnati, in north Kentucky. I couldn’t remember Kruer’s name when I spoke with Jennae and have his business address at home. We sent a certified letter and did get a receipt. I could send that address to you.
A Solid Gold Sound shows they have an office in the Atlanta area. It is….4355 J Cobb Parkway #191 Atlanta, GA 30339. It is a PO Box at a UPS store.
I’ve also talked with the lady that runs the editing company for “A Solid Gold Sound”. She was very nice and empathized with us and said her company was back logged. She promised we would get the “raw” video sent to us after the first of the year and a schedule when our “finished’ video would be done. We’ve seen nothing.
If you check Rip-off report.com, you will see others have complaints against A Solid Gold Sound. Plus, The Better Business Bureau informed me the company failed to respond to my complaint I made with the BBB.
In short, “A Solid Gold Sound” has taken our wedding memories. I’m upset about the money. However, my wife will not be able to see her mother come down the aisle. She won’t get to see the flower girl and ring bearer. Our wedding memories are gone.
