Irresponsible bank employees

My name is manvinder singh I am facing a major trouble with standard chartered bank I tried to contact so many time to resolve my issue but no one is responding

Details is given below

I have corporate account in standard chartered bank my account no 52211673389 .I have deposited two chqs at your hcl atm sec- 60 noida ,, on 3rd dec 2007, account is also mentioned on the back side of chqs,( chq no-008881 amount Rs 16297 , chq no 010112 amount is Rs �?�¢??5524) I called on 6th to know the status about the clearance I called up at your customer care number they people said we did not recvd those chqs I had given the chq numbers and amount

They gave my my complaint no 1207/4 and they said we will get back to you in two days �?�¢?? I called up on 7th dec and your people said we havnt recvd any request from your side you have to give all the details again and I had given all the details , and I also send the complaint on your web site as well , today 8th decc 2007 I called up in afternoon and they said still didn�?�¢??t recvd any request from your side , and when I ask for the supervisor or Team lead they people said today there is no senior available on the floor and my system tools are also not working so I will call back on your cell phone --- after 1 hr I called up again your executive anil pick up the call and he said the same statement we havnt recvd your request then I again ask for supervisor and he said their no supervisor on floor , I will call back on your cell phone after an hour anil called and said still no supervisor or senior available on floor pls provide the chq details becz we havnt recvd your details again I given my detaisl and he said I will get back to you in one hour ,,after 1 hr I again called up your executive some girl picked up the call and again she said we have to forward fresh complaint becaz we have no record found regarding your complaint then I again ask for

Supervisor I was on hold for 11 mins and she said I am sorry no supervisor or senior available becz today is Saturday �?�¢?? then I insist again and she pass this call to her friend sukanya and she said I am sorry we can do any thing becoz my tools are no working and no senior available on floor �?�¢?�?�¦..and she hung up the call

This is same same details I have sent to standard chartered bank still there is no response so pls help me out in this case
