Dell Store Defrauded Me

My Book Hard Drive Dell Store, Cheektowaga, NY Lockport, NY 14094 US A few months ago,(I am not sure of the exact date, because I don't have the paperwork in front of me.), but The salesman at the Dell store in The Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga,NY, told me that a Western Digital "My Book" external drives, which have a big half-dollar size button in a lit-up green circle, would completly back up my Dell laptop's drive every time the button was pressed. Amazed, I asked about this backup-by-button several times and was reasurred that it was true. The salesman said that he had one and told me how easy it was to make backups by just pressing a button. After buying it, I find out that it can't back up anything at the push of a button, because the button in the green circle is the POWER button, and anytime it is pressed, the unit shuts off! The Dell store said they could not give me my money back. What a fraud! If you want to whine, be my guest, but WD has great technical support and can replace the unit for you. Dell doesn't make those drives, hence they don't do the support on them. If you actually read the materials that came with it, you'd realize that.
