I called to order the time life worship CD's they kept me on the phone for a

good 20mins asking me for

different packages along with the 9.99 worship CD I told them after each

package NO, I only wanted the I

CD finally I finished the process them telling me that I would receive the

one CD, I got my bank statement

and they took out 23.77 out of my bank account. I called this morning and

asked why this was taken out

of my account and they proceeded to tell me that I had gotten the 3 CD

package and I told the clerk that I did not order that but they kept asking about

the package and again I told them I just wanted the one CD, the clerk told me

that it was a package deal and I could get my money back when I returned the

CD/s

I asked for a supervisor and she told me that I must have gotten the

automatic system that day I order it over the phone and that they really do not tell

you with that system. They automatic send you the package.

I told her that this was very dishonest procedure that I am disabled and on

limited funds and for them to take out that much money even before I receive

the CD is very dishonest and that I want my money credited back to my account

they told me to send it back refused by customer and then they would return

my money.

I cannot wait for the mail to send it to me and then wait another month for

them to reimburse me for this package, Can I do anything about this situation

because it is taking advantage of people. She also told me not to do the

automatic system that they do not tell you about the package in detail like a

person would explain to you. Again to me that is misleading to people I did not

see or hear about calling a person or anything to that matter on the

advertisement on the TV commercial..

This happened to me too. The automated system would not allow me to say "no" to another offer involving a free Walmart Credit Card and service-- I tried to cancel right away and they said that I would have to wait 3 days to cancel. I have disputed charges with Bank of America--- We will see..
