Slow Customer Service at best

Coleman 800 Watt Power Inverter Ikitchen.com 256 West 36th Street New York, NY 10018 US www.ikitchen.com Order power inverter on Dec 14th. Order status on site has not changed to reflect anything except item ordered as of 12-30-07. I finally had to contacted customer service about status of order and received the response below within 3 days. Email from Ikitchen Customer Service "We regret to inform you that the item you ordered is currently on backorder with no estimated time of arrival." "We thought we were able to get this item to you immediately, however we were not able to. We do plan on rushing the order to you once it is available." "Your order will remain on "On Hold or Rejected" status until we are able to ship the item." Item is not in stock and order is already paid for in full. They have my money but do not plan to ship the item. I have requested order to be cancel but based on previous time frames for action from Ikitchen.com I suspect I will have to contact my finacial institution on this transaction........
