Mazda Roadside Assistance

My wife was recently in a minor car accident in Everett, MA. Her car was in need of repairs, so she called Mazda Roadside Assistance. The Mazda representative assured her that the tow truck would be there in approximately one hour. After approximately one hour, the Mazda rep called back to say that the truck was almost there. After another 30 minutes, my wife called back and the rep said it would be yet another 30-45 minutes. This cycle repeated a couple of times (assurances that the truck was just around the corner, followed by my wife calling). The tow truck ultimately arrived about 3-1/2 hours after the original call was made.
