HIGH IMPORTANCE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring this issue in you attention about my complain

after being highlighted in several time to concern person here in Sur

and no action has been taken.

First of all I am new custom with Chevrolet and I faced a small problem

here in Sur workshop during 15km normal service.

I took the vehicle for service and what I expected from your staff to

inform me with any missing during the check up before the service that

was not happened, suppressed just the time I reached back home to found

my car antenna is missing, due to Eid holiday I could not highlight this

issue back to the workshop and immediately after the holiday I went to

workshop in-charge to complain and the way he received my complain it

was not really in professional way. he tried to convince me that the

missing happened before receiving the car to their workshop even tried

to show me the job card it was not ticked or crossed, then I ask to

provide me the job card before that just to make sure, the surprise

thing is that in the box was deleted and ticked outside the box which

makes a lot of doubts.

Sir/Madam, I am 100% sure that the antenna was there and can not be

removed unless by spanner, I wondering if that was happened outside HOW?

I would like to request for your kind investigation and follow up for

the reputation of your company.
