Webkinz - Husky Ganz US www.webkinz.com I purchased a Webkinz for my son for Christmas, on Christmas day we went to log-in and activate his account and were told that his secret code was already used so I sent an email that day and we received an email response indicating they would reply w/in 3 business days and we still have not received a response. They need to provide a number to call, I believe they intentionally do not put numbers on the site so that they don't have to manage to the volume of issues directly. It is very sad that you purchase a gift for your child that you cannot use, as an adult it is easier to understand, but a company that sells toys to children should be better prepared to resolve and respond to issues. My original email was dated 12/25..Christmas day when my son opened his gift and attempted to use it...today is 1/4, still no resolve. If a company takes your money for a service, they need to provide the service or be prepared to reimburse you the money, Webkinz has done neither. Hi There: I still cannot log-in using my secret code. The very first time I attempted to log in with this code XXXXXXX it told me my code was already in use and I sent and email and after 5 days had not received a response so I thought perhaps it had been fixed so I tried to log in as a new member again...but it says the same thing...I am not sure how I can log in if I have actually set up my userid and password as the first time I attempted to do this it indicated it was already in use so I never set one up. At this point I need the following: 1 - What is my user ID? The one that I believe I used to set up my sons account was XXXXXX...but since it never went through I didn't write it down. 2 - What is my password? Since I never got set up I don't believe I ever established one? Below is the response to my earlier email dated 12/25....I still cannot open my new account. I am not sure if this is because we have an old webkinz that likely has expired (we bought one last year for Christmas...ironically we had issues last year as well...however last year you posted a phone number that I could use, I no longer see that number posted anywhere on your website making it difficult and frustrating to fix issues.
