Forever 21: Rude, poor quality, horrible customer service

I just got back from shopping at Forever 21 and it was by far the worst experience I've had as a customer as far as customer service. The employees all seemed like they'd rather be doing anything else but their job, in fact, it looked like they were being tortured. Then, while I was looking at a particular item, one of the employees rushed toward me and slammed into me, knocking me off my balance, hardly even muttering a careless, heartless "excuse me" as she ran into me. There is no reason for this. There was PLENTY of room for her to go AROUND, and she could have stopped to apologize for nearly knocking me to the ground. It seems like all the employees are immature, ungrateful, uncaring snobs. Not to mention the clothes only last a couple days.
