Dell Computer Services Complaint

Dell Computer Services Complaint I would like to file a complaint against DELL. I ordered a computer on November 3rd and it was to be delivered by November 11th. When I did not receive the computer, I inquired and was given a tracking number via DHL. I called DHL and was advised a delivery with in 48 hours which would be tracked personally by a supervisor. When the computer did not arrive I called DELL and DHL. I was advised by DHL that the product was missing. When a supervisor stayed behind after her shift to look she called me at 3am (bad time to call someone) and advised it was officially lost. I was advised to contact DELL. I did so and DELL confirmed with DHL on a 3 way conference call that the computer was lost while being shipped ( I dont know how since it was suppose to be tracked via a tracking number for all product movements) So since it was agreed the product was lost, on NOV 22nd I was advised that my DELL account will be credited with in 72 hours. I called DELL again on DEC 5th when I received a BILL for the computer I never got. A manger in India advised me that my account will be cleared with in 48 hours. On DEC 22nd I started receiving automated phones harassing me that my account was past due. I called DELL financial services and was advised and I quote " Sir we only collect your money and not credit it. You need to speak to someone else" Then I called DELL customer services again after hanging up and got INDIA yet again. After being on the phone for 3 hours I refused to hang up until I spoke to a manager. I was told he or she will call you right back as soon as she or he is available. Today is December 30th and I am still waiting. My account still shows past due and my credit screwed. Can you assist me as to where I can file a report against DELL as a bad company for doing what it did to me? When I had a problem with Dell, they refused to do anything for me, and screwed me entirely - then I hit up BBB, filed a complaint, and within no time they were meeting every demand I requested to fix the problem, and going out of their way to contact me rather than the other way around.
