This company sent me (2) two separate orders even though they were both ordered on the same day and under the same order #. I had to track the order down since according to my records, I placed the order on November 10th and they did not ship until November 17th. I received a very unprofessional e-mail stating that their records showed something entirely different and referred my back to their web site to read the shipping guidelines. The 2nd package arrived on November 30, 2007, which is the same day that I sent them the e-mail stating that I needed a RMA #. (Return Merchandise Authorization.)

I received one of the packages on November 20th. I opened it late that day only to find that the one item out of three was damaged a broken plastic fastener. In fact, all items were made with the plastic fasteners. That week was Thanksgiving. I also spent a week at the hospital with my father-in-law. I then sent them an e-mail asking for a RMA # which their site stated that I needed in order to send any merchandise back. I sent that e-mail on November 29th. Below is the response that I received from them.

Also note that, any defective item must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item.

Per UPS, the item was received on November 21st and your email to mention the defective item was dated November 29th, it at least 7 to 8 days past due. We can't replace the item if kept more that 2 days after receipt of the item.

Customer Service

They also provided me with a link in order to receive the RMA#, but only an e-mail box pops up which I used asking for such a number. It is interesting to point out here; that the 24/7 Customer Service link is broken in order to speak to someone via phone.

It is quite apparent that they never have any intention of receiving any merchandise back and will keep you chasing your tail. I sent my last e-mail on December 3, 2007 stating that I will be contesting this through the credit card company. This was part of my Christmas present/s, which means that it would have been a month before opening the package OR notifying them that the product was defective. I thought that it was important for those men who wanted to order something nice for their wives concerning lingerie, STAY AWAY from this company!

A heads up to everyone who has been taken in by Sexy Depot... The best way to get satisfaction is to go to http://www.ag.ca.gov/consumers/general.php With nothing on file with the Attorney General's office in the state where the company does business, we are all just talking and complaining about the problem and Sexy Depot just keeps on ripping people off and getting away with it. You can go to that site and file an official complaint on this company. An investigation will follow and hopefullySexy Depot will be put out on it's thieving ear. Hey, if you have posted to any other sites about this collective "problem" of ours... please pass this information on, thanks

I feel fortunate as my boyfriend only placed the order 10 days ago... but our vacation is in only 3 weeks so I am getting pretty anxious reading all the other complaints out there. Wish me luck, apparently I'll need it...

Oh my gosh! I've gone through all the same things, even with the exact same rep! I ordered from them in January of 2007, and after 1 month of no confirmation of shipping, I sent them an email asking where my things were. Also I did a quick search on the items ordered, and saw that 1 had been reduced in price by $15.00. They told me they were set to ship 2 weeks later. I told them that because things were not sent on a timely basis, I would like a refund to my card for the $15.00 price difference. They responded with I'm sorry, we can not refund the money, however we will give you a coupon code for that amount plus and extra $3.00. I was upset, but said fine, just ship the items. 3 weeks later I recieved 3 of the 4 items, and a note saying "We're sorry, item #(whatever # it was) is out of stock. In it's place, please use this new coupon code". Gee, another coupon. So now I'm $45.00 owed.

As it became apparant that they would not refund the amounts to my credit card, I figured I might as well use to coupon codes and get some stuff, and then be done. On December 9th of 2007 I ordered a very cute little christmas chemise, and 3 other things. Time came and went, and by early January I was mighty upset to not have recieved confirmation of shipping. As the person before me said, the 24/7 customer service hotline link was conveniently un-clickable. So I wrote them asking where my items are, and why they had not shipped. I recieved a response stating that the order was 90% complete and set to ship the following week. Another 2 weeks passed, and still no news. I wrote in again, saying the same things, asking for an actual date. The response said that 2 items were not in stock (surprise, surprise) and that if id like, i could pick something to replace them. As they had only let me input one coupon code, I wrote back saying that I was very upset, would like to use both coupon codes and just be done. The rep said it would be perfectly fine, and to give her the code and sku's of what I wanted in place of the 2 out of stock items. I did, and the replacement item was shipped rather quickly. However, I was still owed the other 2 items I had originally ordered that were SUPPOSE to be in stock already. I wrote back, re-explained the situation, and was told that I only paid for the 1 replacement item. they said that my other coupon code was no good, I could pick something for the 5 dollar differential in coupon codes, and that was it. I told them fine, I am done with you guys, I'm sick of my money being stolen, refund the 5 dollars to my card immediately. I got a very snippy, unprofessional response that billing was doing it. That was a week and a half ago, and the money just went into my account today.

I'm a model, and these items were for professional reasons, not just personal. Time is money, and I've certainly lost out there. I wish I would have seen a review like this sooner. To anyone curious out there, I have ordered multiple times through an online company, www.electriqueboutique.com, and they are AMAZING! Their prices are very good, the quality of merchandise is wonderful, and things SHIP WHEN PROMISED, usually before.

Stay away from sexydepot.com if you like your hard earned money.
