service complaint R & B electronics co, redwood city

My name is Kirk Baldwin

On November 7, 2007 I brought in a Toshiba DVD for repair to

R & B Electronics, Inc located at 1103 Oddstad Rd In Redwood City CA for

repair

The claim number is 58425IY-3

At that time I paid a $75 fee for an estimate on my Visa which I was

told would be deducted from the cost of the repair

In the last few weeks despite my repeated phone calls to follow up

I have not had any resolution

In fact the machine has not even been worked on

And has only progressed from 12th to 6th in a QUEUE

This is simply unacceptable

Any assistance you can render would be greatly appreciated.
