They took more then a month to say the product is not there. My card as been charged on nov 23rd 2007 itself.

All of this order for same product but ordered time and day differce. But they are able to deliver the products to 3&4 who's order time and numbers greater then the 1&2. 1&2 who ordered first as been told product not available and they are trying to procure from other vendor. mean time mails for status. If called false promise saying next you will get.

It is almost 35days now still no one from sify.com contacted and sorted out this issue but they taken the money on Nov 23rd it self. How can they hold customer money for so long?
