Dear Sir:

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Gryphon Financial in =

April 2007.

I had previously signed up for memberships in various newsletters in =

which they recommended which stocks to buy; all of which were under =

$100.00 per year.

In Mar. 2007 a representative of Gryphon Financial repeatedly phoned me =

on my personal phone at home. On one of these phone calls he asked me if =

I would let the ceo of Gryphon Financial Mr. Kenneth Maseka trade for =

me. The representative went on to explain that an account would be =

opened in my name and all profits would be deposited into that account. =

The minimum deposit would be $5000 to open an account. I spersonally =

spoke to Mr. Maseka and he assured me that he personally would be =

trading the stock market and that he would be successful at that as he =

had years trading in the stock market. I agreed to the proposal and sent =

$5000.00 by wire transfer.

As time went by the representative of Gryphon Financial phone me to ask =

for more money;another $10000.. as he put it to "move forward". I told =

him that I didn't know what happened to my original money that I sent =

and would not be sending Gryphon Financial or Mr. Maseka any more money.

As time went on I became worried as I could not reach Mr. Maseka by =

phone or by email.

Not until I sent Mr. Maseka a fax explaining my concerns and asked for =

my money back.

Mr. Maseka sent me an email saying that I had bought a service called =

"private plays" which was overseen by him personally. The $5000 that I =

had sent was a down payment for this service which in total was $20000 =

for the year and that there would be no refunds at all.

I feel duped by this company Gryphon Financial their representatives and =

by Mr. Maseka.

Please warn your consumers of this company and not to deal with them at =

all. I feel very stupid and foolish for trusting these people and now =

have lost $5000.

Yours truly

Theresa
