Dyson DC-15 Animal Mini Turbon Tool is a Mismatch ------=_NextPart_001_0017_01C84935.EB4A0450 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Dyson's upright vacuum cleaner design is good overall, but the Mini Turbine attachment (for upholstery and steps) that is packaged with the DC-15 Animal model (purple machine) is a blemish on an otherwise great cleaning machine. The Mini simply won't stay connected to the vacuum cleaner hose because the provided adapter does not provide enough friction for the fit to hold. Dyson is aware of the problem and is either doing nothing about it, or privately working on a fix, or has adopted the attitude to wait and see how much crap hits the fan before they make a this right with their customers. Company inaction is the worst possible response to this issue. I am strong enough (for the moment) to drag my entire DC-15 over each step as an alternative to the Mini, and achieve great results, but the Mini probably contributed a hundred bucks or so toward the high price of this machine. I say Dyson owes its DC-15 customers a proper fix to bring this cleaning machine to full usefulness. man in Raleigh ------=_NextPart_001_0017_01C84935.EB4A0450 Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD><TITLE id=3DridTitle>Clear Day</TITLE> <META http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Dus-ascii"> <STYLE><!-- body { font-family: Arial, Helvetica; font-size: 10pt; = color: #0033cc; margin-top: 25px; margin-left: 10px; } --></STYLE> <META content=3D"MSHTML 6.00.6000.16587" name=3DGENERATOR></HEAD> <BODY id=3DridBody background=3Dcid:483405213 AT 28122007-338D> <P><FONT face=3D"Comic Sans MS" color=3D#000080 size=3D3><SPAN class=3D483405213-28122007>Dyson's upright vacuum cleaner = design is good overall, but the Mini Turbine attachment (for upholstery and steps) = that is packaged with the DC-15 Animal model (purple machine) is a = blemish on an otherwise great cleaning machine.
