Fortner Trucking & Paving Sent Me Sitework Plans & Requested A Civil Take-Off For 2 Jobs, A Super Walmart In Dawsonville & a Chick Fil A in Dahlonega. I Did A Take-Off For Fortner To Bid These Jobs, They put the Prices on the Quantities. They Didn't Get the Low Bid and Now They Don't Want to Pay. I have Contacted Them & Contacted Them For the Amount over $1000 and they have Not Responded. Fortner Trucking & Paving Show No Assets for The Company and Leases All Equipment For Another Company They Own. BEWARE OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH FORTNER TRUCKING & PAVING. THEY DON'T PAY!

This is absolutely correct. Our dealings with Fortner Trucking have led us to believe that he is extremely dishonest.

We sold him about $20,000 worth of fuel and he has yet to pay for it. He did write a check to cover some of his fuel invoices, but this check was returned NSF.

We are in constant contact with him, and each time he has another excuse of why he can't pay just yet. Every time he puts it off for another week.

This man is dishonest and you DO NOT want to do business with him.
