USPS can't get it together

I am very upset.I have submitted(twice)change of address forms over your website.I have also faxed over(twice)a copy to my 'old' post office at 7435 Figueroa,Los Angeles,CA .I have talked(three times) with this same post office and attempted(without success)to contact someone at the Santa Ana center.I have driven to the old post office and put a copy in the hands of your employees.I have talked to the carrier(Bobby Santos) who delivers mail to the old address.I STILL am not receiving mail and no one has rectified this situation.If there is a 'living and breathing' individual in your system,please help.My bills need to be paid.My wife needs her Soc Sec check and my son needs to receive his medications.

Copy sent to as many people/organizations/councilmen/business as I could access.

NOT through USPS.......
