error in policy reliance

I ve got a reliance medical insurance abt 3 months back.

since that time it contains some error.

i ve asked customer care abt 100 times to rectifie it Activate.

but they all r fail to do so.

every time Mr. Anil/ Ranjeet/Ms. Khyati told that it will be ok by. 24 hrs. but nothing has been till date.

they all are big fraud.
