I ordered 4 customized Dunkin' Donuts gift cards (3 were ordered on 12/3 and 1 was ordered on 12/4). The website promised Christmas delivery. It said I would receive them in 4-7 days. I hadn't received them and started calling the week of 12/17. I could never reach anyone. I sent an e-mail and no one replied. I finally reached "customer service" on 12/21 and was lied to. I was told they were already shipped out and I would receive them no later than 12/24. I called on the afternoon of 12/24 and was told that they shipped 12/24 and I would be receiving them after Christmas which does me absolutely no good. I wouldn't have ordered them if there was the slightest chance that I wouldn't receive them by Christmas and now I have 4 people coming for Christmas that I don't have a gift for. I called them but they just don't care.
