fluke meter cant work right

US fluke meter sucks badly the ****ing thing cant meuser 1000V PULSED DC, IT READS "3.000" vdc or "0.01 vac. or ristacec over 20 megs. i used it to test a 44 meg juntion, for a raido scanner it says "OL" or "15 megs" It also has emf erors due to its lack of rf choke coills. it is CRAP!
