Hi All, It is very unfortunate to send a mail stating the level of service we get from Airtel Chennai, where your sales guys are continuously ducting our calls and very very poor in response. Your sales person Mr. Khalid & Mr.Delibabu from AVM Telecom had also committed many times for many things (Activating Data Service/ De-activating connecntions for some numbers) but none has taken place and we were just paying the useless rent for the nill usage numbers. He didn't even bother to inform us that he didn't do as we requested. Once we call him, he would always say that he will be doing it within next 2 hours & blaber the same for most of the time. Sending mail to COMPLAINTS.COM was a vain and no response from that mail ID too. Now we believe all the commitments given by your sales person Mr. Khalid seems to be false commitments and absolutely untrue. This is totally unacceptable to standards of your company who have operation countrywide. The Commitments given by your sales person Mr. Khalid from laser Valley & Mr.Delhibabu from AVM Telecom are completely false one and none was been true till now(03/12/2007).


The commitments are given in written format. We found that there is lot of discrepancies when we saw the original bills against the commitment given by your sales people while taking the order.

* No Data call facility.

* But GPRS and other service are activated. So rent for

those service which didn't requested for.

* Sims been de-activated, but the monthly bills would be

generated, for nill usage.


Even we have gone ahead and made compliant in all the level of your customer service.

* Via Call Centre (121).

* Laser Valley/ AVM Telecom office outlets too.

* And in the final we went to Santhome (head office of

Airtel, but still the problem continues.


None of the airtel representative is ready to take of this issue, even the branch mangers too. They are not willing too meet the customers at any cost because we went meeting laser valley Manager Mr.Santhosh but he didn't turned up for the hole day.


So I would like to meet any of the higher authority of airtel to deal with this issue and sort it.


Bad service - Bad experience - Bad time for me.
