False advertising on a website

The web site clearly states: "Buy Any Kit & Get Free 3 Day Shipping!" However, after ordering I received messages to call about my order. Upon speaking with a representative (Peter) I was solicited to buy additional products. When I declined the Rep refused to ship in the advertised time frame. He claimed it was because the product was coming from overseas instead of from a domestic source. their web site does not provide any info on which products are domestic or not. In any case, it clearly states: "Buy Any Kit & Get Free 3 Day Shipping!" I purchased a kit and expected the shipment as advertised. Peter refused to do this and refused to let me speak with anyone else. I was forced to cancell the order and now do not have time to get this product before christmas.
