Terrible customer service! Service unfulfilled!

I filed a service request on 10/2/07 with my extended warranty company. Southbay Appliance came out on 10/3/07 to service my washing machine. I was told I needed a specific part that they would order and was told it would take about a week and they would contact me. I never heard back so on 11/10/07 (over a month later) I finally called Southbay Appliance back and explained my situation. They had the same service person come out on 11/19/07 to look at my washer again and when I asked where the part was, he said they "sent him the wrong part" and that he had already re-ordered it and it would be a week to get the part in. I never heard back from them. So I called Southbay Appliance AGAIN on 12/6/07. Once again I explained my situation and specifically told them if they didn't have the correct part NOT to come to the house. They assured me he had the part and they scheduled another service visit on 12/7/07. He came to the house and to my surprise he said that once again the wrong part was shipped to him and he would need to re-order it. Unbelievable! I've had to make arrangements for me or my husband to leave work so that someone was at the house each and everytime a service call was arranged for no reason! This has been a waste of time and has me completely frustrated. I have never encountered such horrible customer service in my life. I have already put in two complaints with GE Consumer Relations. My washer is still bad...
