company that does not meet any accuracy in service.



Still do not understand WHY WHY WHY WHY >>>>>>is this delay of one =

month.


I would like to you ship this camera on an urgent one day delivery and =

let me know your charges - And believe with a delay such as this you =

should be shameful enough to accept these charges.


This is not finished here as I will take your unacceptable service to =

the highest level.


NO NO NO THIS ORDER IS NOT CANCELLED !

BUT REQUEST YOU HAVE TO ARRANGE A SAME DAY COURIER AND BILL ME THE =

CHARGES !!!

YOUR COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLE !


AND please in future do not fool your customers with online buying and =

with NO service.


HOPE YOU HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION AS THIS IS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND IS =

COSTING ME MORE TIME THAN I SHOULD HAVE WALKED AND PICKED FROM A STORE =

DIRECT.

Dell Customer Service,

 

Since yesterday I have been trying to reach your customer care =

department to complaint about this appalling service from DELL.

 

Unable to understand when I placed the order online nearly 1 month ago, =

and called to double check, I was advised this camera will be delivered =

in maximum two weeks.

 

I bought this with so much time, considering a Christmas gift for my =

friend at the address below.

 

Your service levels with delay after delay will now have no meaning of =

this gift if it reaches after 25th December.

 

Request your representative to call me at my CELL and advise what is =

happening ?

 

What is the use of a gift after Christmas ?

 

Maybe you need to change the name of the company =E2=80=93 DELL =

=E2=80=93 living Hell ?

My first purchase from Dell and not a pleasant experience.
