RE; Whirlpool Dryer

I purchased a whirlpool electric dryer from Gerhard's appliances on

October 29,2007 .

To date they hace attempted to repair it 6 times.

It still takes 2+ hours to dry 9 towels-they still are damp!

Please help me!
