correction of the phone bill from the company hfcl connect infotel limited

Sir,

I Dr. Surinder Kumar having phone no 5003823 from the company hfcl infotel limited. I want to get the phone bill rectified at the earliest. I have Rs. 590 unlimited plan from last 6 months.From last month my plan has been changed to Dsl combo 249 without my Knowledge and the bill was about Rs. 900/. Your salesman has come to Collect the bill and he was requested to change the plan as it was before That is rs 590 unlimited. He assured us that it will be corrected in a day.Now i had got the bill for the month of 16 oct 2007 to 15th Nov2007 and the amout of bill is rs 4253/.

when i contacted the connect hfcl infotel limited people, they told me that that the plan was changed on my request but I have not given any request to change the plan.the written request they had shown me is not signed by me or from my family member. I request you to kindly get the bill corrected at the earliest.
