Homeowner-=3D I had to =

ask for service on my tractor and it took 2 weeks to get an appointment, =

which the girl that made the appointment forgot to write it down and the =

service didn,t show up. i then called the servics man and was told he =

had no time available for me. Then i called customer service and they =

set me up another appointment which was another 2+weeks. by this time =

my grass is asshole deep. and that is not the service agreement that =

cost me all that money. I personally think i have been ripped off. i =

know im thororely pissed off at anything with Sears name on it. What in =

the hell has happened to your company, have you lost all responsitivy =

to your customers? You have the worst service i have ever seen. (Do you =

think I will ever buy from Sears again?) Email User Ray =
