I am Jayakumar having Eureka Forbes water purifier. It was working

fantastic, very recently we faced problem and contacted your service

centre ph no 080 3988 3333 and the complaint no is 80076699 dt 28.7.07.

Till today I have reminded them for not less than 10 times.

Unfortunately no one turned up. Pl. let me know you will be sending your

engineer to rectify or I will have to take alternative action.
