This company contracts with you for matches to date people. The ultimate

goal is marriage or a committed relationship. I joined in October 2006 and

have been introduced to three men. It takes this company three months to match

me, and only after I call them and complain about not being matched in a

reasonable amount of time. To them, eight weeks is reasonable even if you have

had a bad experience and want to be matched again and soon. My contract calls

for 19 matches and I've met three. I want my money back from them or I want

immediate action when I call them. Their managers are never available to speak

to you, and the assistants are less than helpful. I want what I paid for,

and am not getting it. I feel like a fool for having trusted them.
