Dear Sir / Madam,

My mobile number is 9940672484. I was kept in a critical

situation by AIRTEL billing process. I'm currently working for SRM

Technologies, chennai. Recently I happened to take an AIRTEL CUG

connection under One India Rs.299 plan. While taking the connection I

was informed by the marketing person of AIRWAVE (franchise company of

AIRTEL in chennai) Mr. A.Anand (# 9840015300, Manager Sales,

Blackberry) that the tariff rate would be Re.1 for any STD call in

through out India. I too thought the same and accepted the

connection. But I got the first bill for 12 days after the connection

is activated on 19th July, 2007, and the amount was Rs.1640. I have

paid that amount, but after paying it, I happened to verify my tariff

rate. I came to know that I got registered with the general postpaid

plan where the pulse rate per minute will be Rs.2.40. I came to know

this information from Ms.D.Priya Darshini, working as a customer care

executive in AIRTEL. I tried to reach Mr.Anand, which was not

possible, as he is not accepting any incoming calls at this moment. I

request you to sort this matter ASAP, and settle the appropriate bill.
