tanyone that has a older home do not bother to get thise insuraance as theytell you that the item has not been cleaned, maintained, etc and is not covered. this is really false advertising as they say they cover all of the items listed on their brochure. If you read the samll print they tell you that the items are NOT covered due to age. what a surprise to find out what ever is not working properly is not covered after pay8ing 500.00 dollars a year and they don't cover most things that are not working well, plumbing, air conditioners, in home plumbing, etc. do not be fooled by these people. save your money and pay for these items yourseld as ahs will not fixz them if you have a older home.
