SST credit cards

My Providian card got sold to SST, who mysteriously had no record of a payment I made online and then called me at work to hassle me about not making the payment that I know I made. The customer service representatives were rude and condescending. If your credit card is sold to SST, pay off the card quickly and sell the account. They have atrocious customer service. I have never been treated so badly in my life.
