Re: AC Carrier Duracool Dear Sir / Madam, Here are the details of problem I am facing with not correct working of my air conditioner . I bought a Duracool airconditioner 1.5 ton from Deekay Electronics at Greater NOIDA on 15-4-2007. Right from day one the unit has a problem wherein it does not turn on automatically when the power is restored after it goes off. When I complained this to the seller he told me that it is a setting problem with remote and he will get it set. I have since been regularly following it and he says that rep. of carrier will come to settle it but no one has come since then. On 18-7-07 , I wrote to M/S Alfa systems ( a dealer at NOIDA ) and they replied that they undertake complaints of only units sold by them and directed me to write to Mr.Gulashan kakkar of carrier which I did on same day but I have not received any response till date. Today ( 8-8-07 )I found out the no. of Career after sales at Delhi and to my surprise they told me that this unit has not been registered as sold to me neither my name/ address or tel. no. is in their record and they can not help .Though the Carrier copy of warranty has been couriered by me to them They told me that I should approach only the seller.
