Morris Property Management

Morris Property Management

Our property manager, Robbie Tenpenny, allowed the tenants of our rental home to break the lease and leave early without obtaining our approval and she did not hold their entire security deposit. They literally gave away our money and though nothing of it.

I think it was retaliation for us canceling their contract. They rarely return phone calls or emails and they were not able to increase our rent for four years.

Below is a list of the useless employees that were involved in giving away our money:

Robbie Tenpenny (female) - Property Manager.

Dave Hendershot - Residential Rental Division Manager

Judy Rose - President/Accountant

Dave clearly admits that Robbie made a mistake, but he refuses to make good on it and Judy Rose, the President, supports them.

In our management agreement, it states that "AGENT shall use diligence in the management of the premises..."

On their website under the "Company Overview - About Us" they state "We will hold ourselves Accountable to our employees, customers, clients, vendors and company." Unfortunately, not in our case. They go on the say “We will always conduct ourselves in a manner that reflects the company's biblical Principles.” I never read anything in the bible that says you can mismanage your client’s money and not be accountable for it. In my opinion, their entire "Company Overview" on their website is false advertising. When they admitted their mistake, they did nothing that their advertising suggests.

I believe these liars have absolutely no morals or ethics.

I am a tenant with Pads, Morris Property's letting agent (or at least one of), and can understand why your tenants would leave early. I am on the verge of suing Morris for my year's rent, and I have only been there for four months. I feel sorry for the owners who this will affect, but as a tenant paying for my right to live in a suitable home, I feel it is my only option.

I am further considering the commencement of a coalition against Morris, and would like anyone interested in this idea to please contact me. Even if you simply wish further details of my complaints against them, please feel free to get in touch. They are a horrible group, and need to be shut down. With £69 million pounds in claims already against them, we could raise it and bring this into reality.
