Checks Not Returned

I currently have a checking account with Wachovia Bank, a type of account

in which checks I write out are returned with my statement.

I have contacted each vendor I write checks to and have asked that they

return my checks to Wachovia.

All vendors have cheerfully complied with my request.

The exception is Bank of America, which has refused. I have written a

note on each check requesting that it not be processed electronically,

but they refuse to do so.

Can anyone advise as to how I can have all my checks returned?

Due to Check 21 being the law in the U.S. now, they do not have to do this. I am afraid you are out-of-Luck.
