AAA travel money, cash passport, gift cards

on a recent trip to england, i elected to use a AAA travel money card as =

a way to access cash i already had (they are supposed to be the =

replacement for travelers cheques). however, i found out afterwards that =

the fee is 7% on currency exchange. this is printed in the terms and =

conditions, but as this is a major part of using the card (safely =

carrying cash to a foreign country) i think it should be stated up front =

with the rest of the fees. had i just used my visa card and debit card =

(at 1%) i would have saved $120.
