unfair return/exchange policy - LuLu Lemon(forgot to include company name last time) I recently tried to return something 16 days after I bought it. I was denied. When I first purchased the item in a Calgary store and told the salesrep that I'd likely go to San Francisco to see if they had different color options (since she explained to me that the two stores carried different colors), she said that is fine and didn't warn me about their ridiculous 2 wk return policy. LuLuLemon just went public. I do not know of a single public company that has multiple stores across two countries that thinks a return policy like this is good for business? Nordstroms is known for their customer friendly attitude and for always taking anything back. Does LuluLemon really think they will be successful if the treat customers this way? I tried to call the San Francisco store 7 times in 2 days and they never answered. The person at the corp call center I spoke to later said 'yes, well we are very popular and our stores are very busy.' That is funny, when I went into the San Francisco store, it was empty. They might make overpriced but pretty good products but if they treat this customers with this level of disloyalty, customers will surely never shop there again. I know this girl won't be spending her hard-earned and voluminous income at Lulu Lemon ever again!
